Is there a way to upload data via email? I have searched the knowledge articles but couldn't find anything.

The information is available in the 'Uploading data via TotalConnect' knowledgebase article.
All the information required for the exam is included in the recommended modules section at the top of each exercise, so you wouldn't need to search for instructions.
