Total Connect Data Stream Failure

Hi,
I am facing challenges while uploading a Total Connect file via email. The streams are getting failed stating ‘A mandatory field is missing’ error. I have tried all the possible troubleshoot measures mentioned here:

I also tried setting up separate data stream of the same file to replicate the issue. Attaching the error being encountered. Could you please help me understand and resolve the issue.

From what I can see, it appears that the file format is the issue. I would suggest logging a ticket at [email protected] so that our team can look at the file and test it directly. That will be the fastest way to get a resolution.
