It's been an amazing 3 years coming together in this forum to collaborate, innovate, support, and inspire each other about our shared usage of Datorama. While this is not quite a goodbye, we are excited to announce that we are getting a fresh start in our new home within the Salesforce Trailblazer Community. We have a ton of fun new content planned and you may even see the revival of some of our most popular posts from the past few years.

Provider's Internal Error DBM / DV360 / Google Bid Manager

    Hi @cesar_requena_2018

    Provider’s Internal Error is an error we see periodically that stems from the API provider themselves. Our R&D team, along with Google are currently investigating the issue affecting DV360 API streams.

    At this time we cannot provide an ETA, however, we have been informed this issue is treated with the highest priority. We will let you know as soon as it is resolved, so the affected streams may be reprocessed.

    If you need to use the DV360 data in the meantime, you may create a report from the DV360 UI and map it accordingly to a new TotalConnect stream.
