Data Availability Tracker

HI,
I'm creating a Data availability tracker within the dashboard using
Rich Text where I want to display the data availability of a particular
data stream. Below is how I want to display:
I want this to be displayed in a Rich Text which I can add to my
dashboard. Note that the Start Date & End Date should be dynamically
populated (if there is any data added, ex-the end date should show the
data available for that date)
I know that the Start & End Date can be populated using Query Strings. I'm looking for the what query can be used here.
